When you receive your invoice and itinerary please check them thoroughly to ensure all details are correct. In particular, you should check travel dates, and the spellings of names. These must correspond to the names in your passport at the time of travel. Should you wish to add or amend your booking in any way, please let us know in advance so we can ensure all your requirements are properly taken care of. In the case of special bookings, please refer to your invoice for amendment of booking fees, if applicable. We are bound by the terms and conditions of properties in certain cases.

Malaria

If You are travelling through areas where there is a risk of malaria, please take the necessary precautions. Your local doctor or pharmacist will be able to advise you. A list of high risk malaria areas can be seen here.

Other inoculations

If you are travelling into other African countries besides South Africa, there may be yellow fever and other inoculations necessary. Please check with your doctor, pharmacist, or local travel buro.

Passports

Please have comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance in place. If you need help with this, please let us know as we can arrange insurance for you. We recommend purchasing your travel insurance at the time of booking. As this is a quotation only no booking is currently being held for the quoted services. Should the above quotation not meet your requirements, please advise us immediately so that we can amend it for you accordingly. Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard credit cards 3D secure link wirecard or EFT.

Cancellation policy

A cancellation fee will be charged unless alternative arrangement has been made with us beforehand. Once your booking has been confirmed it will be subject to cancellation policies. Please refer to your invoice for the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.

Extra services and gratuities

Please note that if you require any additional equipment or services not quoted for we can arrange this for you at an additional cost. Please also note that this quotation does not include any gratuities to staff at the selected venue. While it is customary to pay a gratuity of around 10% on all food and beverage consumed at a venue, this is completely discretionary. Should you decide to pay a gratuity, this should be paid directly to the hotel on departure. Should you wish us to pay this on your behalf please make the necessary arrangements with us prior to your trip.
